Mr. Chen graduated from St. John's University Law School in June of 1979 and formerly served as counsel to the NYC Department of Correction, counsel to Prudential Insurance Company and as a Small Claims Court Arbitrator in the NYC Civil Court system.
Mr. Chen established his private practice in Flushing, Queens, in 1986, where he likewise serves as the Executive Director for The Flushing Law Clinic - a non-profit corporation providing legal services for indigents.
